Monthly Business Meetings
Monthly Business Meetings are held on the 3rd Sunday of every month (except December) starting promptly at 2:00pm.
Associate and Junior members are welcome to attend and participate, however only Regular Members may vote.

Monthly Work Days
“Work Days” are usually held on the 1st Saturday of every month starting at about 8am. Members typically bring their own lunch to eat at about noon, then finish work “when we’re done with the project for the day,” usually by about 2 or 3pm.
Projects both big and small are available for individuals of all experience levels and interests, including track repairs and improvements, groundskeeping, painting, clubhouse maintenance, and more. Chairpersons for each of the various club committees often lead project crews and provide project direction; members are encouraged to choose a committee you want to work on, or work on them all!
While the club does have a limited amount of tools available, it is recommended that members bring their own tools (marked with your name), so that multiple people can work at the same time.
We always need your assistance, and THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
Important Notes
Changes to this schedule will be provided to members via e-mails sent directly to Members. Those Members without an e-mail account should partner with a Member who does use email, and who can alert you to updates.
If you have any concerns, such as the weather, the condition of the parking lot (too muddy? too icy?), or you’re wondering if people are actually there working that day, you may want to CALL THE CLUBHOUSE before you leave home: 908-604-2770.
Interested in Joining?
If you have an interest in working to develop and maintain the club layout and facility, we’d love to hear from you! Please email us at [email protected] and include a brief introduction about yourself, your interests and experience, how you would like to help us grow the club, and your preferred contact information. This will help us arrange a potential visit to our facility, answer your questions, and discuss mutual interests with some of our members.
Note that membership in our club does not include rides, and the club does not provide equipment for Members to use. Each Member is responsible for building or purchasing their own equipment, owning and operating it, and obtaining their own insurance. In addition, all Members are required to sign our liability waiver, which will be provided upon arrival. Because we are a 501(c)(7) hobby club, the law requires that we remain open only to club members and invited guests; we cannot be open to the general public.
